Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Lead Business Partner to join their leadership team. This is a pivotal role where you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping business strategy, driving commercial performance, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and operational delivery.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in professional services within a construction consultancy or property background, with a proven ability to partner with senior leaders to influence decision-making and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary business partner to senior leaders, providing commercial and strategic insight.
- Lead financial and operational performance discussions, ensuring accountability and robust decision-making.

- Proven track record as a Business Partner, Senior Manager, or equivalent within a professional services environment.
- Strong background in construction consultancy, property, or wider built environment sectors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial and operational data into strategic actions.
