This role is essential in supporting the manufacturing processes for MAKE and prototype products, including grit-blasting, multi-stage cleaning, fitting, polishing, and laser marking. You''ll work hands-on with advanced equipment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a cleanroom environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain machinery and laser marking equipment safely and reliablyInterpret technical drawings and work instructions accuratelySupport the packaging equipment setup and inspection of rejected materialsRecord activities and complete batch documentationPerform minor maintenance tasks and coordinate repairsTrain colleagues on equipment and potentially support other sitesChampion 6S practices and uphold health, safety, and environmental standardsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, RandD, suppliers, and maintenance teamsQualifications and Experience:Recognised qualifications or proven skills in CNC machining (Fanuc, Mazotrol, Heidenhain, Mill Plus)Experience in cleanroom environments and cGMP practicesFamiliarity with UG CAD/CAM and software systems like JDE Oneworld, Adaptiv, PLM, Seiki SystemsKnowledge of geomet
