The Role and Key Duties:-In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and running the operational function for this research company. You will be working closely with the research team to ensure high quality delivery on projects to clients. Overall responsibility for all project management aspects including sampling, scripting, fieldwork management and data quality and deliveryManagement of the team including their development and progressionDevelopment and growth of the area in line with company growth expectationsContribution at a senior level to the growth and strategy of organisation The CandidateThe successful candidate will have a strong background in leading an operations team within a research company, with experience overseeing and running project management, scripting, sampling and data processing areasYou will have experience working with clients and research teams, scoping out fieldwork within quantitative research methodologies and will be happy to interact with clients
