Machine Operator (Late Afternoon / Evening Shift)Aldershot 13- 15 per hour Monday-Thursday, approx. 3:30pm start (4-5 hour shifts)About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You will work alongside existing staff on a rota system, ensuring support is always available during training and onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating pre-programmed CNC/automated machines (no programming required)Changing tooling and carrying out basic adjustmentsReading and understanding technical drawingsChecking completed parts against drawings and quality standardsWhat We''re Looking ForPrevious machining or machine operating experienceConfidence with tool changes and basic machine operationsAbility to read drawings and use measuring equipmentSomeone reliable, practical, and able to work independently once trainedTraining ProvidedFull training on our machinery and processes will be given.
