Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our valued client, a growing, operationally-focused business based on the outskirts of Tonbridge.This Supply Chain Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an organised, proactive individual who enjoys coordinating multiple workstreams and supporting day-to-day supply chain, logistics, and operational activity within a fast-paced environment.About the RoleAs Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the smooth running of supply chain operations across multiple operational areas, working closely with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.Key responsibilities will include:Coordinating day-to-day supply chain and operational activitiesProcessing and progressing orders, production jobs, and associated documentationRaising and managing purchase orders and supporting stock replenishment activityCoordinating packaging, materials, and vendor-managed inventory processesSupporting logistics bookings, tracking deliveries, and resolving issuesActing as a point of contact for customer and supplier queriesMaintaining accurate records across systems to support reporting and invoicingSupporting continuous improvement and general operational administrationAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have:Experience within supply chain, logistics, operations, procurement, or a similar coordination roleStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailConfidence managing
