What Is the Business Technology Accelerate Programme Pathway?

All underpinned by technology created with purpose.The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:The Institute (Circa 3 months)The BT Academy (Circa 18 months)Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feedback-rich environment.Working alongside a world-class team with a wealth of consulting and industry experience, you will begin to create relationships across the organisation and acquire a foundation of consulting skills, tools, and methodologies to help you accelerate your career. You will be part of a project team, building trust-based relationships at the heart of a client’s organisation, helping them change the way they work and transforming their business to achieve their goals. You’ll get early responsibility and build your skills through interesting and challenging work.Your Role

In this role you will play a key role in:The Business Technology (BT) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about digital and are seeking a career where they can combine technology and creative design to help clients solve complex business challenges.Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feedback-rich environment.Following your time in The Institute, you will join the BT Academy. Please refer to the relevant entry route webpage for further details on team structure and information on alignment with your skills and interests.As an Associate Consultant you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes. You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.Your day-to-day tasks can vary from:Defining transformation strategiesManaging positive client relationshipsSupporting agile deliveryUnderstanding how complex services work in the wider context of a client’s businessYour Profile

We are particularly interested to learn if you have experience or are interested in working in the industries we operate in and are keen to start a career in an environment where you can drive change.Ideally, you will have some (or all) of the following:Natural curiosity about how technology can solve business and world problemsAn understanding that users are at the heart of great digital productsA passion and natural talent for emerging technologyFamiliarity with current technology and trendsWe’re looking for candidates with an interest or experience in:STEM subjects, Project management, Cloud computing, Cyber Security, Marketing and communications, Coding / programming or Artificial intelligenceAt Capgemini Invent, although academics form part of our overall hiring decision, we do not select candidates purely on academic performance. To be successfully appointed to this role you will need to undergo Baseline Personnel Security Standard checks.There are no nationality or residency restrictions, although if you have resided outside of the UK within the last 3 years, further checks may be required.There are other criteria and checks required for BPSS, and throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.Please note:
