Masterplanners & Senior Urban Designers

We’re seeking talented Masterplanners and Urban Designers with 4 to 10 years’ experience post-MA/MSc/RIBA Part 2 to join our team in London, and contribute across a wide range of high-profile regeneration and masterplanning projects in the UK and internationally. We are building a team with a diverse range of complementary skills and are looking for experienced designers who can help lead in shaping and delivering complex projects.We are an integrated team of urban designers, architects, planners, place economists and public realm specialists. Together, we help unlock the potential of places through holistic thinking—shaping spatial strategies, delivering masterplans, and creating places that lead to real, lasting change.About YouYou are likely to be mid-career , with a strong foundation in masterplanning or urban design and a growing portfolio of built or strategic work. We’re looking for curious, skilled designers who can contribute to both strategic thinking and hands-on design delivery, while also supporting and mentoring junior team members.You should be able to demonstrate experience in:Housing-led and mixed-use masterplanningPlace visions and strategic growth frameworksOutline planning applications and design codingCollaborating within multi-disciplinary teamsWe are particularly interested in candidates who bring one or more of the following:A background in architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent), urban design or landscape architectureStrong visual, spatial and graphic communication skillsConfidence in design thinking and storytelling—at both city scale and human scaleComputational and parametric design skills(e.g. Grasshopper, Kangaroo, Rhino, AutoCAD)GIS and spatial data analysis capabilities(e.g. ArcGIS, QGIS)Visualisation expertiseusing toolssuch asMidjourney,Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray etcFamiliarity with collaborative tools such asAdobe CCandMiroWe value applicants who demonstrate strength in either design creativity or technical rigour—or ideally, both.
