Based in West Sussex, the company provides a comprehensive range of Facilities Management (FM) services - including drainage, CCTV, pumps, wastewater transportation, plumbing, MandE, heating, air conditioning, and fire safety services - to commercial and domestic clients across the South East, West of England, and London.With a current turnover of £5m and ambitious plans to double this within the next 2-3 years, this role offers an exciting opportunity to spearhead growth in a new region and make a direct impact on the company''s success.The Business Development Manager - South West England will be responsible for launching and growing the company''s presence in the region, with a strong focus on drainage services. You will identify and win new contracts, establish long-term client relationships, and work collaboratively with the central operations team to ensure service excellence.Key Responsibilities New Business Development:Pick up leads and secure new contracts from building services clients, FM contractors, local authorities and corporations within South West England, driving revenue growth in drainage, hard F
