Your new roleActing as the primary legal contact for the global HR function, you will support the business across a broad range of employment law matters, including:Advising on complex, cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional transformation projects central to the company''s strategic and HR priorities.Managing legal and employee relations risk across the business.Supporting delivery of key strategic people initiatives.Providing day-to-day employment law advice to HR and business stakeholders.You''ll be working at the heart of a global organisation, helping to shape and deliver major projects with significant business impact.What you''ll need to succeedIn addition to holding a current Solicitor''s Practising Certificate, you will bring:Extensive experience (10+ years as a guideline) in employment law, ideally including exposure to corporate or commercial mattersExperience advising within an international, group-level or multi-jurisdictional environment A strong track record of C-Suite stakeholder
