This is an exceptional opportunity for a visionary technology leader to drive operational excellence, innovation, and digital transformation in a dynamic, regulated environment.As Head of Technology Platforms, you will lead the development, management, and evolution of core technology platforms, principally Salesforce, nCino, and Mambu. You will be accountable for both operational stability and the strategic roadmap of these platforms, ensuring they support business growth, digital innovation, and user needs across the organisation.Reporting directly to the CTO, this role combines technical oversight, stakeholder management, and supplier governance. You will be instrumental in enhancing platform capabilities, supporting change delivery, and driving value from investments across the technology estate.Lead the end-to-end strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce, nCino, and Mambu platforms.Manage daily operations including user management, platform configuration, performance monitoring, and system integrations.Champion a secure and scalable architecture aligned to best practices and regulatory requirements.Promote innovation and lead the adoption of new features that align with strategic goals.Mentor and lead a cross-functional team, fostering collaboration across technology and business units.Proven leadership of Salesforce, nCino, and Mambu platforms within a regulated environment.Deep understanding of configuration, development, architecture, and platform management.Strong track record of delivering technical projects and managing change in complex environments.Understanding of digital transformation principles in financial services.Broader experience with UK financial services technologies.Background in full stack development, systems integration, or database management.Paritas Recruitment is dedicated to connecting talented professionals with impactful roles that support business transformation.
