Are you passionate about supporting individual children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with SEND in a friendly and inclusive mainstream primary school on a long-term basis. Location: Cannock Position: SEND Teaching Assistant Type of Work: One-to-one support for a child with SEND within a mainstream primary classroom Contract/Position Start Date: ASAP - Sept Duration: Ongoing Contract Type: Long-term (potential to go permanent) Full Time/Part Time: Full time Minimum Rate of Pay: Negotiable Hours: 8:30 am 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only) Agency: Prospero TeachingThis is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to a child''s educational experience by offering tailored, consistent, and nurturing support.The Role: Provide support for a pupil with specific SEND needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties) Work collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals Adapt learning materials and approaches to suit the childs individual needs Support the pupils academic, social, and emotional development Maintain accurate records of progress and share feedback with the wider team Contribute to a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment The Ideal Candidate Will: Have previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting (essential) Have experience in a role or similar (preferred) Hold a minimum Le
