Key Responsibilities Commercial and Financial Performance Take full ownership of regional sales, debt, cost, and profit targets across all stores. Manage the regional PandL and present monthly performance reports to the Ownership team. Develop and deliver strategic and operational plans to drive revenue growth and improve store performance. Formulate and manage the annual regional budget. Monitor, analyse and report on key operational and commercial metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
