Our well respected motor trade client is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager for their franchised main dealership, main dealer experience is essential for this position.

Salary

Basic - £35k - £40k

OTE - 56k - 64k

Hours

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6pm . Saturday 9am - 5:00pm, every other Sunday 10am - 4pm. Day off in the week.

Responsibilities

Managing the team of Sales Executives and a Business ManagerLeading and motivating the team to meet sales targets on vehicles and finance and insurance productsLiaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/emailWorking to market vehicles and services on offer both in the dealership and onlineTo ensure delivery of excellent customer service within all areas of responsibilityHandling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective wayCollating finance proposals for customersTo ensure full compliance to FCA guidelines on the selling of financial services products by all relevant staff.

Skills/Experience

FCA AccreditedExcellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholdersAbility to lead and motivate a team to meet a goalCommercial awareness and financial analysisGood understanding of the Used Car market placeSelf-motivated and ability to work under pressureA calm and professional mannerIT literate and full UK driving licence
