We are seeking an experienced Behaviour and Pastoral Mentor to join our new school and amazing team in Croydon. Hours: 38.5 per week Full time - Term time only (salary not pro rata) 38 weeks per year term time You will be required to work under the direction of the Headteacher: Work with mentors and the Senior Leadership Team in creating lasting improvement in the quality of provision through leading on behaviour and positive handling with professionalism and high expectations.
