Key Responsibilities:

  Supervise lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher

• 
  

  Ensure students stay on task and follow the set lesson plan

• 
  

  Maintain classroom discipline and support a positive learning environment

• 
  

  Complete essential administrative tasks such as taking the register

• 
  

  Adapt quickly to new classrooms, year groups, and school environments

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• 
  

  Experience working with young people in a school or youth setting (preferred but not essential)

• 
  

  Strong communication and behaviour management skills

• 
  

  Ability to think on your feet and manage changing situations confidently

• 
  

  An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
