Account Manager

Duties:

  • Taking client briefs and managing through to delivery
  • Managing multiple timescales
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Working with internal teams
  • Processing orders
  • Pre-empting and managing potential issues
  • Updating clients-

  • Demonstrable development of existing customer relationships
  • Excellent computer skills to manage data using Excel and other programs
  • Ability to manage marketing and point-of-sale briefs from concept to distribution, across multiple countries
  • Experience working on complex accounts
  • Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution
