We''re looking for a Building Surveyor to join the Building Repairs Team at Portsmouth City Council.
 
What you''ll be doing:
·Surveying and assessing housing stock & community assets
·Managing repairs projects (£15k-£50k) - from re-roofing to fire upgrades
·Supporting the Building Repairs Manager & helping develop apprentices
·Liaising with residents, councillors & stakeholders
·Balancing site-based work with office time
