Are you a passionate and experienced early years professional ready to take the next step in your career£ We are looking for a dedicated Nursery Manager
to lead our warm and welcoming nursery setting, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education for all children.

Whatandrsquo;s the job£
As our Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting and inspiring your team, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in developing our curriculum and maintaining a nurturing environment where every child thrives.

Who are you£


  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 yearsandrsquo; experience in a nursery leadership role
  • Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
  • A warm, professional, and child-centred approach

Whatandrsquo;s the role£


  • Oversee the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
  • Lead, support and develop a team of early years practitioners, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure effective administrative systems are in place
  • Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, supporting staff CPD and reflective practice
  • Manage nursery budgets, resources and staff rotas effectively
  • Drive the nurseryandrsquo;s vision, ethos and values with passion and professionalism
