As our Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting and inspiring your team, building strong relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with all safeguarding and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in developing our curriculum and maintaining a nurturing environment where every child thrives.

Who are you£
- Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 yearsandrsquo; experience in a nursery leadership role
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework and Ofsted requirements
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- A warm, professional, and child-centred approach

Whatandrsquo;s the role£
- Oversee the daily operation of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment
- Lead, support and develop a team of early years practitioners, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure effective administrative systems are in place
- Build strong partnerships with parents, carers and the wider community
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning, supporting staff CPD and reflective practice
- Manage nursery budgets, resources and staff rotas effectively
- Drive the nurseryandrsquo;s vision, ethos and values with passion and professionalism
