This is a field-based, hands-on role suited to a candidate with experience in workforce management, recruitment operations, and service delivery within the logistics or industrial sectors.Working both on-site and remotely, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining compliance, and delivering an outstanding service to both clients and candidates.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAsAct as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues efficientlyCoordinate the recruitment, assessment, induction, and onboarding of candidates, including drivers and warehouse operativesDevelop and implement daily workforce and transport plans in line with client requirementsMaintain full compliance across all sites, including health and safety, legal obligations, and internal policiesManage all aspects of worker performance, including attendance, payroll queries
