Central London - onsite | 6-Month Contract (Extendable/ ongoing) | Inside IR35We’re partnered with a global financial services organization seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-profile environment, supporting end users across London and EMEA while helping shape the future of endpoint technology.Responsibilities
Own and develop the end-user hardware and endpoint roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs.Present technical evaluations and proposals to senior management.Maintain and potentially build ServiceNow dashboards and reports for fleet health and service trends.Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents/requests, and support office moves and meeting room setups.Liaise with global teams and vendors to drive solutions and improvements.Experience required
Strong knowledge of Windows, M365, AD, Intune/MDM, Zoom, Teams, VoIP, Citrix.Expertise in ServiceNow ITSM (incidents, CMDB, dashboards, reporting).Experience with technical evaluations, hardware recommendations and roadmaps.Ability to present technical proposals to senior stakeholders.Excellent communication skills and confidence supporting executives/VIPs.ITIL background; certification preferred.Employment details
