A great opportunity has arisen with a very forward-thinking GP Surgery in Salisbury, looking for a full time practice based Clinical Pharmacist. The role will consist of usual Clinical Pharmacist duties such as SMRs, Polypharmacy, Discharge Letters, Meds Reconciliation, etc. The practice is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with a strong background in primary care and as a full independent prescriber. The practice is very highly regarded and has a very high patient satisfaction.
