Receptionist
Location: Avonmouth
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm
Salary: £25,718 per annum Clothing Allowance

We are seeking a confident and organised Receptionist to join our team in Avonmouth. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, and deliveries, ensuring a professional and friendly service at all times.
Main Duties
Managing reception duties: greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, managing deliveries, and booking meeting rooms
Matching delivery notes with authorisations and invoices
Maintaining a tidy and organised office, including meeting rooms and kitchen
Handling post, managing printer supplies, and overseeing office recycling
Providing administrative support such as printing, collating, and sending documents
Raising invoices
Updating shared contact lists quarterly
Scanning documents into the in-house system
Processing expense claims
Skills & Experience
Previous reception and/or administrative experience
Excellent telephone manner
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Good working knowledge of word processing software
A confident, positive, and proactive attitude
Motivation to succeed
