Your primary focus will be on assessing, planning, and delivering individualized support plans to help clients overcome their addiction. You will also contribute to the development and implementation of service policies, procedures, and programs.Key Responsibilities:Assess clients'' needs and develop personalized support plans to address their physical, emotional, and psychological well-beingProvide one-to-one support, group work, and family sessions to help clients overcome their addictionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive careDevelop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholdersContribute to the development and implementation of service policies, procedures, and programsParticipate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry devel
