We''re looking for a Head of Sales to drive a national sales team consisting of both internal and field-based professionals, towards ambitious growth targets while sitting at the heart of the senior leadership team. You will oversee a team of 8 sales professionals and be responsible for a sales budget of over 10m and be striving for double digit growth every year.Key responsibilitiesManage, mentor, and motivate a national sales team, ensuring every individual hits their targets and grows their capability.Hold regular 1:1s, provide coaching, set clear goals, and support personal and professional development.Join strategic client visits, reinforcing relationships with the company''s most important blue chip customers.Ensure the team maintains a strong pipeline and keeps deals moving to closure.Track KPIs, analyse performance, and present insights to senior management.Review team performance, using sales metrics and KPIs to identify improvements, and implement strategies that deliver results.RequirementsProven experience managing sales teamsA track record of delivering (and exceeding) sales targetsData driven to inform strategic decision makingStrong leader
