HR Advisor
Our client is a growing organisation who pride themselves on a collaborative culture, continuous improvement and professional development. They are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor in this newly created role to deliver practical, legally compliant people advice and hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a high-impact role: you''ll partner with managers to embed best practice, support change and ensure a consistent, people-centred HR service in a fast-paced, regulated setting. Reporting to the Head of HR, key responsibilities will include:Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries; provide timely, pragmatic and legally compliant advice.Support and manage cases such as performance, capability, disciplinary, grievance and absence, maintaining accurate records and documentation.Deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding support: role scoping, shortlisting, interviewing, offers, induction and security pre-employment checks.Prepare contracts, letters and other HR documentation; maintain HR systems and ensure data integrity.Administer routine HR operations including leaver processes, exit interviews, pay/benefits admin and changes to contractual terms.Advise and coach managers on probation, performance management, development plans and training needs.Coordinate training delivery, maintain competence matrices and training records in partnership with SHEQ and department leads.Contribute to policy interpretation and updates, suppor
