Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Manage all aspects of a Commercial property portfolio Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet current and expected regulation. Maintain a positive, productive and professional relationship with tenants and clients. Oversee rent and service charge demand and collection. Report to clients on tenant performance. Negotiate service contracts with contractors in a professional manner Work with property administrator to ensure property records are accurate and up to date. Develop and manage service charge budgets. Regular property inspections and tenant liaison on bot Commercial Set up financial goals and report periodically on fee performance. Manage small and medium refurbishment projects. Liaise with building surveyor on dilapidation and repair notices.
