Our client is an award winning architectural practice based in Essex, they are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician / Technologist with at least two years experience working on live projects focused in the residential sector. The successful candidate will be qualified to HNC standard, with a good knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit experience is welcome. A good understanding of the Building Regulations and NHBC Standards with experience of producing good working drawings and construction details, along with a good understanding of the planning process. You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic and able to work to tight deadlines and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
