Role DescriptionAs a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in the daily operations of a busy warehouse, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. The role involves working with warehouse systems, operating forklifts, and maintaining compliance with GMP and SOP standards. ResponsibilitiesPick and pack customer orders Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts safelyUse in-house software for order processing and inventory managementPerform in-process checks and maintain accurate recordsAdhere to quality and safety protocols at all timesMaintain high housekeeping standards and adapt to process changesWork in cold room (+4 C) and freezer (-20 C) environments as neededLift and move items up to 25kg safely and efficiently ProfileSecondary school education Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, distribution, or supply chainValid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licenses preferredComfortable working in cold environments and performing repetitive tasksStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyComputer literate with good spoken and written English Employment ConditionsRegion: UKSalary: £12.65 per hourW
