The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical services, including HVAC, pipework, and plantroom installations, with proven experience managing projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and maintain all project health and safety documentation, including site-specific risk assessments and method statements. Oversee procurement of plant, materials, and accessories, negotiating competitive costs and managing supplier relationships. Coordinate installation activities in line with client drawings, specifications, and site requirements. Manage testing, commissioning, and certification of installed services, ensuring full compliance with relevant standards. Monitor and control project costs, ensuring accurate reporting and cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
