Logistics Administrator - Westcott - Maternity Cover

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a PT Logistics Administrator for our client based in Westcott.

Contract: 6 Months fixed term contract

Hours: 24 hours a week (flexible hours) 8am-2pm and 9am-3pm

Salary: £14.00 per hour

- Update the ‘goods in’ tracker weekly
- Enable access for delivery drivers/contractors
- Check and sign for deliveries
- Sort and dispatch goods received
- Checking delivery paperwork is correct against the delivery and book on the goods receipt log if needed
- Book collections/shipments with couriers
- Generate shipping documents (customs invoice and shipping note)
- Raise purchase order on the system against quotes

Requirements:

- Experience with goods in/export
- Able to use main Microsoft packages to a high standard
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Your own transport due to the location
