Job Description Job Title: Surveyor / Estimator Reports To: Sales Director (RS) Job Purpose To manage all aspects of the customer journey from initial enquiry through to securing projects. Responsibilities include responding to enquiries, conducting site surveys, liaising with clients, preparing accurate drawings and documentation, and producing costed quotations that achieve company targets. Accountabilities and Responsibilities General Review and manage daily Insightly enquiries and tasks. Keep project pipeline stages accurate and up to date. Manage incoming emails and file completed actions. Report any system errors or project issues to management. Support colleagues within the estimating and sales team as required. Provide holiday cover for team members when needed. Report progress, raise concerns, and seek guidance when necessary. Attend weekly sales meetings to report on enquiry progress. Participate in monthly reviews to discuss KPIs and personal development goals. Attend monthly management meetings to present estimating and sales updates. Project-Specific Contact clients within 48 hours of enquiry to arrange a site survey. Conduct site visits to assess requirements, take detailed measurements, and capture photographs. Record comprehensive notes and brief the drawing team with full project details. Follow up with clients to confirm estimates are in progress and clarify finish details or sample needs. Manage any project refinements and maintain clear communication with
