Projects are often within occupied buildings, so attention to detail, professionalism and strong preparation skills are essential.Duties will include:Carrying out all aspects of commercial painting and decorating to a high standardFull surface preparation including sanding, filling, stripping and making goodPatch plastering and preparing surfaces to a client-facing finishApplication of paints using brush, roller and spray techniquesHanging wall coverings including vinyl and specialist finishesWorking to paint schedules and specifications independentlyProtecting surrounding areas and managing dust and waste effectivelyWorking alongside other trades to ensure smoot
