The individual will need to have experience working with students who have barriers to learning such as behavioural, SEMH or SEND.You will be supporting secondary school students who find being in the mainstream classes tricky and need a lot of time patience and care to increase their self-belief and self-esteem. Alongside this, you will also have had experience of providing personalised resources and activities to meet individual needs.This is a rewarding role which demands experience of planning, resourcing and delivering small group and/or 1:1 lessons to inspire and drive learning.
