Position: Year 4 Teacher

The Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through a key stage of their academic journey. You will create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity. Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
• Differentiating instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and support their progression
• Assessing student progress through formative and summative methods, providing constructive feedback
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the learning experience
• Creating a positive classroom culture that promotes respect, resilience, and a love for learning

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably in a Year 4 setting
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective pedagogical strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
