My client in North Yorkshire are looking to appoint a talented Head of Residential, Resources and Supported Accommodation on a Contract basis.

To be the Responsible Individual for the Council''s Residential Children''s Homes including supported accommodation for children, providing leadership to the staff and to lead in the operational development of the service, including the edge of care services within Residential care.

• Salary: -500 per hour, Inside IR35

About the role:

Based in North Yorkshire (Hybrid):

• Provide line management for the Service Managers within Residential Care
• Conduct quality assurance visits and give feedback to the Hub Manager and registered managers in regards to performance and outcomes
• Work with a Restorative Practice approach and lead on the transformation of residential resources and Interventions services
• Ensure the financial performance of the service and lead on savings initiatives

About you:
You will have the following experiences:

• Extensive experience in a similar role
• A recognised QCF 5, or other level 5 Qualification (management or equivalent)
• A recognised Social worker qualification and be registered with Social Work England
• Local Authority experience is essential
