With offices in Cardiff and Exeter, they foster a supportive, close-knit working environment and boasts a diverse client base ranging from private individuals and Housing Associations to volume house builders and landowners.The Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced planning professional to work on strategic site promotion and large-scale planning applications, primarily focused on residential and mixed-use urban extensions in the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity for a planner with a strong background in development management and planning policy, and experience ranging from 4 to 15+ years.
