The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds, with a deep understanding of CPQ, Quote-to-Cash, and Billing processes. Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end Lead-to-Cash architecture across Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing). Ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance of the solution. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce best practices and design approaches. Collaborate closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other architects to align requirements and priorities. Identify gaps and recommend enhancements for process automation, configuration, and custom development. Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 12+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience. 5+ years as a Technical Architect for Salesforce Sales, Service, and Revenue Clouds.
