You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night.

This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users.

What We’re Looking For Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs (desirable – full training provided).Reliability, compassion, and resilience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
