Head of Finance

(primarily fully office based).In the position of

Head of Finance , you will take ownership of the corporate finance and treasury function. This role will shape the group’s financial infrastructure, driving consolidation, reporting, treasury strategy, and corporate finance activities. You’ll play a key part in managing capital structure, supporting MandA activity, and ensuring strong governance and cash management across the business.What you’ll doLead group consolidation, reporting, and financial controlManage budgeting, forecasting, and planning processesOversee cash flow, liquidity, and funding to support growthDevelop and deliver treasury strategy, including FX managementDrive MandA activity, from assessment through to integrationPartner with auditors, advisors, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and governanceWhat we’re looking forIdeally ACA/ACCA qualified, practice-trained in audit/transactional services, with solid experience in group financial control and reportingBackground in treasury management and systems implementationProven track record in MandA and investment appraisalExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsThe SalaryCompetitive base salary £110k-120k, £7k Cash Car Allowance, annual company bonus up to 15% plus full benefits package
