This is a key role within the pre-construction team, responsible for producing accurate, competitive tenders and cost plans for mechanical building services packages. You will work closely with internal design teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to develop commercially viable solutions and deliver winning bids. The ideal candidate will have strong design and build experience, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to identify value engineering opportunities while maintaining technical compliance and buildability.
