In this role, you will be responsible for the careful disassembly of components, ensuring everything is handled to a high standard without causing damage. You will collaborate with the team to meet departmental deadlines and prepare parts for subsequent operations, ensuring they are properly identified and protected.Duties and Responsibilities- Disassemble components according to manufacturer instructions.- Prevent additional damage and communicate needed improvements to tooling and processes with the team.- Work to tight deadlines and manage personal and company tools.- Maintain high housekeeping standards.- Report any damage to the Leading Hand/Team Leader for further investigation and improvement.- Embrace an open reporting culture and participate in team dialog meetings.- Conduct missing and damaged inspections.
