Lead day-to-day school operations with vision, rigour, and integrity.Champion outstanding teaching and learning, underpinned by evidence-informed practice.Inspire and develop high-performing staff teams through coaching, mentoring, and professional growth.Build a culture where pupils achieve highly, thrive personally, and feel safe and included.Work collaboratively with the Executive Headteacher and Trust to shape and deliver a bold, ambitious vision for the future.Profile / Qualifications
