Warehouse Operative - (Bourne, Lincolnshire)We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our client''s team at a busy manufacturing factory in Bourne, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity to be part of a fast-paced environment, working hands-on with tyre production from start to finish using modern machinery.Why join us? Quarterly Bonus of 250 Working Hours: Monday to Friday - no weekends! Rotating shifts: 6 am - 2 pm 2 pm - 10 pm 10 pm - 6 amMain Duties: Tyre Handling: Work with tyres from the very beginning of the production process. Machine Operation: Operate diagnostic machinery and other production equipment. Casing Inspection: Perform visual checks of tyre casings to ensure quality standards. Manual Handling: Move and organise casings (this is a physically demanding role).
