Are you passionate about design and driven by sales success? As a Sales and Design Specialist, you’ll be part of a legacy brand shaping how people live and work. You’ll report to the General Manager and contribute to the store’s success by providing design-forward, client-focused service.What You’ll Do
Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultationsDesign tailored solutions that align with clients’ needs, preferences, and wellness goalsDrive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leadsCollaborate with the Architecture and Design (AandD) community to grow brand awareness and partnershipsMaintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experienceProcess transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiencyWhat We’re Looking For
Proven experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultationStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering toolsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as neededWho We Hire
