My client is a global manufacturing company looking for an Electrical Technician to join their existing team. Driven by success and excellence they are looking for an experienced, Electrically biased engineer to support the production and products. Responsibilities for the role; Support the production facility by setting wiring standards and ensuring the products are manufactured to the highest quality Position yourself as the technical lead for Electrical standards internally Regularly monitor production activity to ensure it is in line with weekly and monthly plan. Trouble shoot any electrical issues Electrical inspections of the manufactured product Write standard operating procedures and quality documents Monitor the production, analysing any issues that impacted on production and review and adapt the production plan as necessary Ensure that the full requirements of the ISO system are met. Training the production teams in electrical assembly Supervise the work of the Production Operators so Electrical standards are adhered to Liaise with the Stock co-ordinator to ensure all components and raw materials are ready Liaise with the dispatch Coordinator to ensure finished goods are ready for despatch. Support the daily and weekly Production meetings where necessary Complete Works Orders on the internal ERP Maintain a 5S system.
