Responsibilities

Assess and monitor residents'' health status.

Develop and implement individualized care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Provide wound care and other nursing procedures.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

Educate residents and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Provide emotional support and compassionate care to residents and their families.

Supervise and mentor nursing assistants and support staff.
