Ability to buy an additional 5 days Pension contributions of 8% from the employer (or cash equivalent) Comprehensive benefits, including Group Life Insurance, Income Protection, and Critical Illness cover (or cash equivalents) Private Medical Insurance (single cover or cash equivalent) The Role: Leading the full lifecycle development of electronic elements of products, including analogue and digital electronics Designing, analysing, validating and verifying the electronic aspects of products, ensuring they meet the latest regulatory standards (e.g., EMC, LVD, CE, UKCA) Producing high-quality technical documentation and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure the successful delivery of products Taking ownership of projects, driving quality and process improvements as the scale of product deployment increases The Person: Will hold a degree in a relevant engineering field Experience working within the Electronic Engineering field in a testing capacity or design A strong track record of designing products that meet regulatory requirements including documentation support Experience in full product lifecycle management from specification to manufacturing and deployment Ability to lead and manage projects including overseeing teams of engineers Experience with firmware development (C, C++) and python for test scripts Experience managing projects and leading cross-functional teams Knowledge of the electricity industry or control room applications would be advantageous Strong leadership skills and interpersonal skills Important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
