Reception Class Teacher

Contract:-Full-time, Fixed Term (One Year Initially)
Salary:-MPS/UPS (dependent on experience)

We are seeking an experienced and passionate-Reception Teacher-to join our dedicated Early Years team in-Hertfordshire-from-September 2025. This is a-full-time position, offered on a-fixed-term basis for one academic year, with the potential for extension.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and knowledgeable Early Years practitioner to play a key role in delivering high-quality learning experiences in a supportive and child-centred school environment.

The successful candidate will:

• Have QTS and substantial experience teaching in Reception

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the EYFS framework and early child development

• Create a nurturing, engaging and inclusive classroom environment

• Be skilled in using observation and assessment to inform personalised learning

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Be reflective, organised, and committed to professional growth
