Location: Luton Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus Hybrid / Full-TimeThe Role:My client is seeking to recruit a Head of IFA Administration to lead and develop a team of Client Relationship Managers, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional financial planning service. Reporting to the Head of Advice, Delivery and Development, the successful candidate will oversee workflow, processes, quality, compliance, and support client interactions, including preparing for meetings and ensuring all actions arising are completed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of CRMsOversee onboarding, training, and development of the teamEnsure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and complianceIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client serviceSupport client meetings, build strong relationships, and action follow-upsManage new business applications, contract administration, and client recordsProduce management information and assist with projects as requiredThe PersonExperienced IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Assistant with supervisory or team leadership experienceMotivational, supportive leader with strong organisational and administrative skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and embracing of changeExceptional relationship-building, communication, and client service skillsConfident, professional, and able to maintain confidentialityTechnically proficient, with experience in MS Office and back-office systemsS
