Purpose of the Role The College is seeking a dynamic Head of Governance and Performance to join their wider leadership team, to work with the Board of Governors and College leadership team, in achieving their strategic and statutory responsibilities. You''ll work closely with the Chair of Governors as the College''s Clerk and report into the Director of Finance and Compliance. Qualifications, knowledge and experience required Experience supporting Board of Governors and a college/school leadership team including writing agendas and accurate minutesExperience as a Governance Professional or Clerk for Local Governance at a school/collegeAn understanding of the cycle of annual meetings and ability to plan meetings accordi
